Q: Where is Rochford Motors Centre?
A: We are conveniently located at Knock Road, Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo.

A: State Regulation requires a commercial vehicle to be tested once a year..

Q: What are Rochford Motors opening hours?
A: We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and 9am to 5pm on Saturday

We are closed each day for lunch between 1pm and 2pm.

Q: How much do vehicle tests cost?
A: Prices vary depending on the test and the vehicle.

Q: What happens if my vehicle fails the test?
A: If your vehicle fails, our mechanics will issue you with a 'fail report'. Then you have 21 days or 4000km (which ever comes first) to rectify the errors and have a retest. The cost of the test is halved, however if you fail to retest within the time limit, the full price will be charged..

From Castlebar:

Take the N5 Ballyvary road, continuing on until reaching Bohola. Turn right at Bohola onto R321 and continue into Kiltimagh. Turn left in centre of Kiltimagh onto R323 for Knock. On reaching the roundabout in Knock continue straight through on R323. Continue for about 6 miles until you reach the outskirts of Ballyhaunis. We are located on the right hand side, half a mile from the town centre.

From Claremorris:

Take N60 through Brickens and onto the outskirts of Ballyhaunis. As you reach the town take the bypass road on the left signposted for Knock. After 1000 yards turn left at the T-junction. We are located 100 yards away on the left hand side.

From Sligo area:

Take the N17 from Collooney. Keep driving through Tubbercurry, Charlestown on the N17. Take exit at Knock or Ballyhaunis onto R323. Continue for about 6 miles until you reach the outskirts of Ballyhaunis. We are located on the right hand side, half a mile from the town centre.

From Roscommon:

Take the N60 through Ballymoe and Castlerea. Continue on this road through Ballinlough. As you reach Ballyhaunis keep right then left under railway bridge. Continue up through the town. We are located on the Knock Road side of Ballyhaunis on the R323 half a mile from the town centre on the left hand side.

From Tuam:

Take the N83 into Dunmore. Turn left in Dunmore continuing on N83 through Cloonfad and onto Ballyhaunis. As you reach Ballyhaunis turn left off the N83 onto N60 and continue through the town. Keep right then left under railway bridge. Continue up through the town. We are located on the Knock Road side of Ballyhaunis on the R323 half a mile from the town centre on the left hand side.
